COPIN-IN2P3 Workshop 2023

Dear Colleagues,

We have the pleasure to announce that an workshop will be organized this fall in Warsaw by the IN2P3 and COPIN institutions to contribute to the visibility of our IN2P3-COPIN
collaborations, intensify the scientific discussion and encourage the development of new
projects.

The workshop, opened to the wider community in addition to the existing projects, will be
held on November 20th and 21st, 2023. It will take place in the Heavy Ion Laboratory of the Warsaw University (https://www.slcj.uw.edu.pl/pl/home/). We plan 2 days of talks as well as time allocated for parallel smaller meetings among the participants. The leaders (or any representative) of all existing and proposed new projects are kindly requested to present their research, recent achievements and future plans. Interaction within existing collaborations, and with the community, will be promoted to make emerging new collaborations.

Presentation of the projects will be essential for their evaluation by the IN2P3-COPIN Mixed Committee.

More details and the registration will be given soon at https://indico.slcj.uw.edu.pl/event/6/.

With best regards and looking forward to seeing you in Warsaw.
